Framework agreement for maintenance and repair of HVAC installations at Inserm sites in Bordeaux and Pessac

Summary

Inserm is procuring a four-year framework agreement, running from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, for maintenance and repair of heating, domestic hot water, air treatment and other HVAC installations at its Bordeaux and Pessac sites. The agreement has a single contractor, no minimum spend and a maximum total value of EUR 1,800,000 excluding VAT: the ceiling for P2 and P3 services is EUR 1,200,000 and the ceiling for P5 works is EUR 600,000. It will be performed through purchase orders and subsequent contracts; the P3 GER additional service must be priced. Bidders must attend mandatory visits to both sites, submit technical and financial offers, and comply with the contract’s environmental condition. The submission deadline is 31 October 2026 at 00:00 Paris time. Offers are assessed on technical quality (50%), environmental performance (15%) and price (35%).
