Operation of heating, domestic hot water and ventilation systems and energy-efficiency improvement at the Couserans Aquatic Centre

Summary

The tender covers operation of the heating, domestic hot water and ventilation systems at the Couserans Aquatic Centre, together with an energy-efficiency improvement programme. The contractor will supply the energy required, operate and routinely maintain the systems, and carry out major maintenance and renewal work. The services are subject to an obligation to achieve results. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, has an initial term of five years and may be renewed once for a further three years, giving a maximum term of eight years.
