Maintenance and renovation of outdoor lighting at stadiums and sports facilities in Dijon

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance and renovation of outdoor lighting equipment at stadiums and sports facilities across the Dijon metropolitan area, as well as adapting sports grounds to LED lighting technology. It is a single-provider framework agreement under which work may be ordered through purchase orders and subsequent contracts. The initial term is 12 months, with three possible 12-month renewals, for a maximum total term of 48 months. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 720,000 excluding VAT over its full term. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon on 13 October 2026. Price accounts for 50% of the score, technical and methodological merit for 40%, and environmental performance for 10%. Bidders must provide a list of their principal supplies or services from the previous three years, including their value, date and recipient, and evidence of performance through recipient certificates or their own declaration. Evidence of tax and social-security compliance is also required.
