Qualitative and quantitative surveys for the renewal of Grand Paris Seine Ouest’s climate, air and energy plan

Grand Paris Seine Ouest is procuring two surveys to support the renewal of its territorial climate, air and energy plan: a qualitative survey and a quantitative survey of residents and users. The work will inform the diagnosis, strategy and action plan for the new plan, with citizen consultation to be completed by 30 April 2027. Each lot runs for a fixed one-year term; the maximum amount for call-off services is EUR 40,000 excluding VAT for the qualitative survey and EUR 60,000 excluding VAT for the quantitative survey.
