Printing services – purchase and rental of office printing equipment and related services for CAIH members

Summary

CAIH is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for printing services and related supplies for its member healthcare institutions in metropolitan and overseas France. The scope includes the purchase or rental of about 35,000 printers and multifunction devices, associated maintenance and print services, deployment, consumables, and related support and management tools. The agreement has no minimum commitment and a maximum value of EUR 150 million excluding VAT; it is not divided into lots. The framework runs for four years, while equipment rentals may continue for up to six years. Estimated print volumes total approximately 2.6 billion pages.
