Office supplies, ICT accessories, copier paper and envelopes

Summary

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is procuring office supplies, ICT accessories for office use, copier paper, and printed and unprinted envelopes in four lots. Copier paper will be delivered on pallets and in smaller batches. The contract period runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2028, with a possible indefinite option period; the estimated total value including the option period is approximately EUR 5 million, with a maximum value of approximately EUR 7 million. Framework agreements will be established with three suppliers for each of the first two lots and one supplier for each of the paper and envelope lots.
