Summary

Sevas Kodit Oy is procuring an integrated cloud-based management system for rental housing, together with implementation, data migration, integration, training and support services. The system will cover customer and property records, rental agreements, applications and tenant selection, billing and accounts receivable, communications, maintenance requests, apartment inspections and digital services for residents. It must support connections to the required external systems and services and be in production by 31 March 2027.
