Employment Transition Support Coaching Services

Summary

Päijät-Häme Wellbeing Services County is procuring employment transition support coaching under a framework agreement for employees facing redundancy and their managers. The procurement has three lots: individual coaching, group coaching and change support coaching for managers. Where possible, five providers will be selected for each lot; services may be delivered in person or remotely, depending on the circumstances. The framework also includes an option to order additional services supporting employment transitions and the management of organisational change.
