Request for information: Psychiatric specialist team as a complete service

Summary

The Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland (Varha) is seeking market information to prepare a future procurement of a psychiatric specialist team for the Mood Disorders Outpatient Clinic in Turku. The planned service is to provide a team of psychiatric specialists who will prepare and deliver treatment plans under agreed patient responsibility; it is not temporary agency staffing. The clinic currently treats approximately 1,600 patients and received about 900 referrals in 2025. The planned contract would start no later than 1 April 2027, with an initial term of at least one year and a one-year option.
