Food Services Self-Monitoring System (HACCP)

Summary

Saimaan Tukipalvelut Oy is procuring a cloud-based food-service self-monitoring system for 18 kitchens: nine production kitchens, eight service kitchens and one bakery. The procurement includes the system and the equipment needed for self-monitoring, an implementation project, and ongoing service and maintenance. The system will support automated temperature and surface-cleanliness measurements, monitoring, documentation and reporting. The agreement is planned to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, then continue indefinitely unless the buyer decides otherwise; purchases will be made as needed and within available budgets, with no minimum purchase commitment.
