Apartment and common-area repairs in Heka’s western maintenance area

Summary

Helsinki City Housing Company (Heka) is procuring repairs to apartments and common areas in its Haaga, Kannelmäki, Malminkartano and Maunula areas. The work covers approximately 93 residential properties with around 9,600 apartments and includes surface repairs, painting, wallpapering, replacement of doors, flooring and fitted kitchen units, bathroom repairs, reinstatement after damage, and minor outdoor-area repairs. The contract will be established as a framework agreement with up to eight service providers, initially for two years, with two possible one-year extensions.
