Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO is procuring new equipment and furnishings for its food-industry vocational teaching facilities in three lots. Lot 1 covers two cooking kettles, stainless-steel worktops, shelves and a technical wall; Lot 2 covers two blast-freezing tunnels for food and bakery products; Lot 3 covers a bakery fryer, two temperature-controlled cabinets and a water meter.
