Procurement of supported accommodation services for adult social care

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of supported accommodation services under the Social Welfare Act for adults, including six sub-areas: 1) supported accommodation, 2) supported accommodation services in a housing unit, 3) communal housing, 4) substance-tolerant communal housing, 5) 24/7 residential housing, and 6) substance-tolerant 24/7 residential housing. Bidders may submit proposals for one or more sub-areas. The client is the Vantaa and Kerava welfare region. The contract period is from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with automatic continuation unless terminated. The procurement is conducted as a dynamic procurement method; there is no fixed volume or order quantity. The service descriptions and minimum requirements are detailed in the appendices.
