Turnstile delivery and installation

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and installation of turnstiles and related access control system components, including video surveillance cameras, a data server, UPS units, software licenses and other related hardware and software, plus services such as configuration, integration, testing, training and handover at the BTA Daugavas Athletics Hall, Augšiela 1, Riga, Latvia. The contract covers delivery, installation, commissioning, integration with the client’s infrastructure and access control system, testing, administrator and user training, handover documentation and warranty support. The work is to be completed within 8 calendar weeks from contract signing, with a 24-month warranty period. The tender requires submission of qualification documents, evidence of prior relevant experience (at least one fully completed contract for access control or turnstile systems with a value of at least EUR 10,000 excluding VAT in the last three years), qualified personnel, potential subcontracting arrangements, and compliance with cybersecurity requirements as per MK No. 397. The procurement uses the EIS system under Latvian Public Procurement Law terms and conditions.
