24-hour supported housing for older people in the Wellbeing Services County of North Savo – reopening the framework agreement

Summary

This is a reopening of an existing framework agreement to admit new service providers and/or new service units offering 24-hour supported housing for older people in the Wellbeing Services County of North Savo. The procurement is divided into five areas: Northern, Northeastern, Central, Western and Southern. A bidder may submit an offer for one or more areas, but must submit a separate offer for each housing unit offered. The contract starts on 1 February 2027 and is of indefinite duration. The contracting authority guarantees no minimum purchase volumes and will order services as needed. The deadline for submitting offers is 2 November 2026.
