Laboratory diagnostics services provision (laboratory outsourcing) including pathology – Kreiskrankenhaus Freiberg gGmbH

Summary

This tender concerns the provision of laboratory diagnostics services for Kreiskrankenhaus Freiberg gGmbH, including pathology. The contractor will operate the on-site laboratory, manage the blood depot (transfusion medicine), and ensure emergency and routine analytics under an external service arrangement. The contract runs for 48 months with the option to extend three times by 12 months. In addition, physician laboratory services (GOÄ) not performed on-site must be provided via external dispatch; pathology dispatch services and the establishment and operation of an on-site rapid-section laboratory must be provided. The contractor must supply laboratory equipment and ensure IT/data exchange (LIS, HL7), and quality management (RiliBÄK, ISO 15189), along with other required services such as POCT. The procurement will be conducted as an open procedure in accordance with VgV, with evaluation per the tender documents.
