Market dialogue on building automation works for the educational block at Tikkurila Skills Campus

Summary

This is a prior notice and an invitation to a market dialogue, not yet a tender procedure for the works. VTK Kiinteistöt Oy is planning to procure building automation works for the educational block at Tikkurila Skills Campus. The block is planned to house Tikkurila Upper Secondary School and Adult Upper Secondary School, Varia vocational college, and facilities for Vantaa Adult Education Centre and music school. The detailed scope and requirements will be developed during preparation. Participation in the market dialogue is voluntary, does not commit a company to participate in the subsequent procurement, and does not affect its position in that procedure. No fee is paid for participation. The information session will take place on 7 October 2026 from 10:00 to 11:30 at Elannontie 3, Vantaa, in room Forum 6. Attendance is in person only and is limited to two people per company. Register by 5 October 2026 by emailing annina.komulainen@ains.fi and providing the company name and the contact person's name and contact details. Individual remote meetings will follow on 19 October from 14:00 to 15:30; 21 October from 12:00 to 13:30 and 14:00 to 15:30; 22 October from 08:00 to 09:30; 23 October from 12:00 to 13:30 and 13:45 to 15:15; and 26 October 2026 from 12:00 to 13:30. The preliminary schedule envisages the market dialogue in weeks 41–43 of 2026, publication of the contract notice in week 44, a participation stage in November, and publication of the final invitation to tender in week 49. Bid evaluation and the procurement decision are planned for January 2027, with contract signature planned for February 2027.
