Cleaning services for Anna Tapio Foundation, 2027–2031

Summary

Anna Tapio Foundation is procuring cleaning services for its educational premises at Silmontie 2, Aitoo. The area to be cleaned is approximately 2,095 m², and the service also includes the cleaning products, tools and machines needed to perform the work. Cleaning covers, among other areas, entrances, lobbies, stairways, corridors, teaching and office spaces, kitchens, health and counselling rooms, the sports hall, changing rooms, showers and toilets. Many areas must be cleaned five times a week; offices, health and counselling rooms, and the two teaching kitchens are cleaned once a week. Toilets and the dining hall entrance must be cleaned after 14:30; toilet floor drains are cleaned monthly and sanitary supplies replenished as needed. Optional services may include monthly cleaning of stairwells in four dormitories, weekly cleaning of the Annan House meeting room, and cleaning of stairwells in archive and storage areas on request. The contract runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031: the first two years are fixed, and the contracting authority may exercise options for the following two years. The estimated value is EUR 191,000 excluding VAT. The offer must cover all required services; partial offers are not accepted, and offers that fail the minimum requirements will be rejected. The mandatory site visit takes place on 12 October 2026 at 09:00, and registration is required by 9 October at 15:00. Offers must be submitted in Finnish through Hilma by 30 October 2026 at 16:00 and include the completed pricing annex, requested evidence for qualitative and operational criteria, and suitability documents. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation, with quality and operational factors accounting for 30%. The service must be managed by Finnish-speaking supervisors, and the tenderer must identify a service manager and the cleaners.
