Request for information: ventilation filters

Summary

Aalto-yliopistokiinteistöt Oy is conducting a market consultation to prepare a possible future procurement of ventilation filters for Aalto University buildings. The filters would serve 39 buildings in Espoo, Helsinki and Kirkkonummi. Current annual purchases are approximately EUR 180,000, with deliveries generally made twice a year. No tenders are being requested at this stage; the purpose is to learn about suppliers’ capabilities and identify an appropriate procurement approach. To participate, complete Annex 2, the market consultation questionnaire, and email it by 23 October 2026 at 15:00. The buyer may invite participating companies to a Teams meeting lasting up to one hour. Participation in the consultation does not commit the buyer to holding a later procurement and does not prevent a company from taking part in one.
