Summary

The tender concerns the delivery and installation of a vertical platform lift for persons with disabilities in the health clinic building at Staszica 4A, Łaziska Górne. The works include dismantling the existing platform and shaft, supplying power, adaptive construction works, delivery and installation of the new platform with an external shaft, commissioning and obtaining the necessary approvals for operation, and providing as-built documentation, including handover and statutory compliance documentation.
