Structural Engineering Framework Agreement

Summary

The tender concerns structural engineering for minor renovations and alterations to university buildings within the University of Helsinki group, under a framework agreement. The group includes the University of Helsinki, its funds, university-owned property companies and their property and subsidiary companies. Based on requests to participate, 5–10 companies will be invited to submit tenders, and following tender evaluation a framework agreement will be concluded with 3–8 providers. Orders below the national threshold will be allocated among framework partners at the contracting authority’s discretion, taking account of the project’s characteristics and the partners’ specialist expertise and experience. For orders above the threshold, a project-specific mini-competition will be held among the framework partners. The deadline for requests to participate is 21 October 2026.
