Framework agreement for heating, plumbing and ventilation design

Summary

The procurement covers heating, water supply, ventilation and air-conditioning design services for minor renovations and alteration works in buildings belonging to the University of Helsinki group. It is a framework agreement: 5–10 companies will be invited to submit tenders following the participation stage, and framework agreements will be concluded with 3–8 companies following the tender stage. The contracting authority will place orders below the national threshold at its discretion, taking account of the project’s characteristics and the partners’ specialist expertise and experience. Orders above the threshold will be awarded through project-specific mini-competitions among the framework partners. The deadline for tenders is 21 October 2026.
