Dynamic Purchasing System for ICT Equipment and Accessories

Summary

Sansia Oy is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for ICT equipment, accessories and related services. The products include, among other things, desktop workstations and monitors, laptops, printers and printing supplies, tablets and PDA devices, network equipment, servers, data storage and backup solutions, and related peripherals and accessories. Associated services may include delivery, pre-installation, installation, maintenance and support, monitoring and management of equipment, expert services, collection and recycling of retired equipment, and secure destruction of data storage media. Services cannot be procured separately from the products; their precise scope will be set in the purchasers’ individual competitions. The deadline for applications is 30 October 2026. Precise participation, qualification and compliance requirements must be checked in the official contract notice and tender documents.
