Construction of a new stand at the sports centre’s artificial turf pitch

Summary

The contract covers construction of a new covered stand on the western side of the heated artificial turf pitch at Pori Sports Centre. The stand is designed for 1,500 seats, with semi-heated commentary and control rooms on the upper level and provision for boxes and event-related public services. The works include construction of the stand, design, permits, building and building-services works, site services, and design of steel structures and prefabricated elements. The contracting authority will carry out earthworks up to the underside of the footing, paving and underground utility installations; the main contractor is responsible for the principal contractor’s duties throughout the site. The planned contract period is 16 November 2026 to 14 May 2027, and the tender submission deadline is 28 October 2026. A site visit is a prerequisite for submitting a tender; the guided visit must be arranged separately and take place by 21 October 2026 at Urheilupolku 6, Pori.
