Camp Centre Cleaning Services 2027

Summary

Lahden seurakuntayhtymä is seeking cleaning services for the buildings at its camp centres from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031. The procurement is divided into two lots: Siikaniemi Course Centre and Luomaniemi Activity Centre. The services cover the regular, less frequent and deep-cleaning tasks described in the tender documents. The contractor must also manage and plan the service, adapt it to the contracting authority’s changing needs, manage quality and document results, and take part in inspections and meetings arranged by the contracting authority. Prices must include all costs, including labour, travel and overheads. The contract is for 2+1+1 years: the first two years are fixed, with the remaining periods available as options.
