Professional Work Supervision Services for the Kainuu and Central Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services Counties

Summary

The procurement covers professional work supervision and related mediation services for the staff of the Kainuu and Central Ostrobothnia wellbeing services counties. It is divided into eight lots: general work supervision; supervision for managers and supervisors; workplace community mediation; supervision for client work in social welfare; supervision for patient work in healthcare and emergency medical services; supervision in psychiatry, psychology and psychotherapy; supervision for acute, crisis and trauma-related work; and supervision in the rescue services sector. Depending on the lot, services may include individual, group and case-based supervision. Bidders must state whether they offer remote and/or in-person services and, for in-person services, the location where they can provide them. Within a lot, a bidder may offer one or more supervisors or mediators at the same price; separate bids must be submitted for supervisors or mediators offered at different prices. Bidders may apply for one or more lots, and a separate ranking will be established for each lot based on the evaluation criteria.
