Invitation to a market dialogue: substitute staffing system for early childhood education and teaching services

This is an invitation to a market dialogue, not a procurement procedure or a request for tenders. The City of Raahe plans to procure a substitute staffing system for early childhood education and teaching services and is seeking potential suppliers’ views on the future procurement, design, implementation and practical arrangements. The online Teams event will take place on 8 October 2026 from 12:00 to 13:30. Registration is required by 5 October 2026 at 12:00 via Tarjouspalvelu.fi. The Teams link will be sent to registered participants by email. Participation is free, does not oblige a supplier to participate in the future tender, is not a prerequisite for doing so and will not affect the supplier’s position in the future procurement. No compensation will be paid for participation.
