Market dialogue invitation and request for information for master plan design software procurement

Summary

This is a market dialogue and request for information, not a call for tenders or an invitation to submit a bid. Espoo is preparing a service-based software solution for master plan design, model-based plan production, transport planning, 3D modelling, Ryhti-related data management, reporting and user access management. The preliminary scope includes CAD software licences, a database for Ryhti objects, implementation and adaptation, application maintenance, possible additional purchases, and further development and expert services. The solution is expected to support approximately 65 users. Suppliers may provide information about their company and solution, including presentations and demonstrations. Up to four suppliers may be invited to the first dialogue stage. Responses are due by 30 September 2026 at 09:00 UTC; the actual competitive procurement is currently planned for spring 2027.
