Procurement of visitor counting as a full-service solution, framework agreement 2026–2028 (2028–2030)

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for a full-service visitor counting solution for Helsinki’s cultural and leisure services. The supplier must provide a SaaS service for collecting accurate and comparable visitor data, data interfaces and a user interface, monitoring and reporting, and the related counting equipment as a hardware-as-a-service solution. The equipment service includes installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, performance testing, calibration, monitoring, removal and recycling. The estimated total value is EUR 1,680,000 excluding VAT, covering a two-year initial contract period and one optional two-year extension.
