Request for information on care ring services 2027

Summary

This is not a contract notice or an invitation to submit a bid, but a market consultation intended to prepare possible home-based care ring services for people dependent on respiratory equipment and other people requiring care ring services. The planned services include 24-hour care for a person dependent on respiratory equipment, 24-hour care for a client with respiratory failure, and other part-time or 24-hour care services at the client’s home. Service providers may submit comments only, not bids. The response must briefly present the company and its service concept in no more than two A4 pages; providers may optionally submit proposals for development ideas for the future competition, also in no more than two A4 pages. Comments must be submitted through Cloudia by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. A possible formal procurement is expected to be published at the end of 2026, and this market consultation does not oblige the contracting authority to proceed with the procurement.
