Invitation to market dialogue on Turku's energy consumption monitoring service

This is an invitation to a market dialogue, not a contract notice or request for tenders. The City of Turku is exploring a digital energy consumption monitoring service for approximately 600 buildings, including more automated analysis of consumption changes, prioritised findings, explanations and recommended follow-up actions. The webinar will take place in Microsoft Teams on 2 October 2026 from 09:00 to 11:00. Registration was required by 25 September 2026 at 16:00 via the procurement platform or by email, including the names and email addresses of participating representatives. Participation is not required for any future competition and does not affect a supplier's position in it.
