Summary

The procurement covers the design, development and launch of Visit Northern Finland’s new B2B web platform. The existing front-end prototype must be turned into a production-ready solution with a content management system, database, user accounts, authentication, multilingual capability, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, analytics, GDPR compliance, security and EU-based data. The solution must include the Aurora artificial intelligence planner, scheduled import and synchronisation of Visit Finland DataHub data for 12 municipalities, partner-managed manual product listings, an intranet, transactional email, a server-side search engine for tourism professionals, maps, and a shortlist that can be saved, exported, emailed and shared. The architecture must allow later integration of systems such as Bokun without major redevelopment.
