Summary

The tender concerns maintenance, support, development and expert services for the contracting authority’s existing Tungsten robotic process automation solution, including the design, implementation, testing, documentation and deployment of new automations. The service provider must maintain a manageable, maintainable, documented and secure service in the authority’s technical environment. The existing automation portfolio comprises approximately 10–13 implementations covering processes such as invoice handling, building control checks, library applications, case-management metadata and document processing; some automations may process specially protected personal data, including personal identity codes. The contract is initially for two years, after which it continues automatically for an indefinite period, with a six-month notice period. The target start date is 1 November 2026, subject to the procurement decision becoming legally effective and the contract being signed by both parties.
