Summary

This is a market consultation and request for a preliminary offer for ICT services, not a final contract notice or binding tender procedure. The buyer is preparing a separate Microsoft 365 tenant for its own organisation, including implementation and migration from the current shared environment, followed by ongoing ICT services. Interested suppliers must submit the requested information and a preliminary offer by 28 September 2026 at 09:00. The most suitable suppliers, expected to number 3–5, may be invited to follow-up negotiations. The buyer may change or discontinue the procedure and is not obliged to conclude a contract.
