Invitation to market dialogue on procuring self-employed primary healthcare doctors

Summary

Pirkanmaa Wellbeing Services County invites interested companies and doctors to a market dialogue concerning a self-employed general practitioner model for primary healthcare. The aim is to pilot a model in Tampere in which four experienced general practitioners would begin providing consultation services in February or March 2027. Each doctor would be responsible for an assigned population together with a named nurse and would provide ordinary primary healthcare services. The market dialogue will take place via Teams on 21 September 2026 from 12:00 to 13:30; advance registration is required by 12:00 on 18 September 2026. This is not a contract notice or a request for tenders, and participation does not bind either party to organise or participate in any future procurement.
