Procurement of operation services for road information systems

Summary

Väylävirasto is preparing a procurement for operation services for road information systems, divided into four lots: Tievelho operation, structural asset register operation, maintenance information system operation, and location referencing operation. The services will be delivered by expert teams and will include user support, data processing and updating, quality management, testing, documentation, development support, and technical data management. The planned contract term is three years with an option of up to two additional years. This is currently a market consultation, not a request for tenders: interested companies must register by 30 September 2026 at 23:00 using the electronic form. Failure to respond will not prevent participation in a possible future procurement. In the future tender, a bidder may submit an offer for one or more lots independently, with subcontractors or as a consortium; publication of the contract notice is provisionally planned for January 2027.
