Ultrasound examinations and reports provided by a radiology specialist

Summary

The procurement covers two lots: ultrasound examinations and reporting by a radiology specialist, and remote reporting of native and CT examinations. Ultrasound examinations will be performed at Soite Central Hospital using the contracting authority’s equipment and staff assistance during office hours; the provider must be able to work at least 3–4 days per month. Native and CT reports will be produced remotely through Soite’s VMware Horizon portal and Tieto Lifecare Imaging workflow system. The provider must arrange secure connections to the contracting authority’s systems at its own cost and provide image-viewing and dictation conditions meeting STUK quality criteria. The planned contract period is 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028, with possible options for 1 November 2028 to 31 October 2029 and 1 November 2029 to 31 October 2030.
