Invitation to market dialogue: HSL financial and payroll administration services

This is an invitation to a market dialogue, not a contract notice or request for tenders. HSL is preparing a future procurement of financial and payroll administration services, potentially including accounting and financial statement services, purchase and sales invoicing, payment and cash management, financial planning and reporting support, analytics, payroll and HR support, statutory reporting, document management, HR and financial systems, integrations, consultancy and development services. Interested service providers are invited to share their views on procurement lots, delivery models, service-level requirements, pricing models, automation and new technologies, implementation and change management, and industry best practices.
