Cable TV and broadband connections

Summary

The tender covers a complete package of broadband internet connections and cable TV connections and services for all Petterinkulma Oy sites. Broadband connections are intended for residents, common areas and building automation, while cable TV services are intended for residents and common areas. Partial, alternative or parallel bids are not accepted. The selected supplier must provide the services over fixed connections, complete the rollout by the end of November 2027, provide customer support and fault handling, and comply with the stated technical and service-level requirements. The contract will run for five years and then continue indefinitely. Offers must be submitted in Finnish by 28 September 2026 at 12:00 Finnish time. Price carries 90% of the weighting and quality 10%.
