Market consultation – cost management information system for urban environment projects

Summary

This is a market consultation, not a contract notice or request for tenders. Lahti City is seeking information from system and service providers about ready-made or nearly ready cost management software for urban environment projects and activities. The system should support lifecycle cost management, including budgeting, implementation, monitoring and completion, with near-real-time cost tracking and forecasting. Suppliers are asked to complete the attached requirements matrix, describe the solution’s readiness, implementation approach, schedule and possible development costs, and provide information on licensing, implementation resources, maintenance and support, response times, pricing and relevant references. The system is intended to be configured, integrated, tested and in production by the end of 2026 so that projects starting in 2027 can be managed from the outset.
