Summary

This is a request for information concerning machine gun systems, not a procurement award procedure. Suppliers are invited to provide information about their systems and budgetary pricing, answer the questions in Appendix 2, and upload their response to the FDF Cloudia Supplier Portal by 30 October 2026 at 14:00 UTC; uploading the response is mandatory. Company presentations, product information sheets and similar appendices may be submitted optionally. Companies wishing to attend the Machine Gun Demo 2026 must register by 28 September 2026 by email, providing the company name, product names or identifiers, participant names, nationalities, dates of birth and passport numbers.
