Request for information – Dynamic purchasing system for ICT services

Summary

This is a request for information, not a contract notice or invitation to tender. Sansia Oy is preparing a dynamic purchasing system for various ICT services for its owner-customers. Interested suppliers are invited to comment on the planned system and express interest in possible future market dialogue; no tenders are requested or accepted at this stage. Suppliers may later apply to join the system throughout its validity period, even if their service portfolio covers only some of the possible services. Only approved candidates may submit tenders in future competitions. The services, minimum requirements, conditions and contracting authorities will be defined separately for each internal competition. The system may remain in force for approximately 5–10 years, and future contracts are expected to use Sansia’s contract models and JIT2025 terms. The information request closes on 31 August 2036 at 09:00 UTC. Responding is voluntary, non-binding and unpaid, and neither responding nor declining affects the supplier’s position in a later procurement.
