Summary

The tender covers renovation of the terrace and staircase of the Nordic Pavilion in Venice, together with other additional works. The scope includes addressing infiltration problems in the storage spaces at the rear of the building, repairing waterproofing on the terrace and stairs, replacing tiling, removing tiles from the top of the wall, and repairing the concrete wall top. The contractor must execute the works in accordance with the final architectural and technical plans provided by the contracting authority; the contract does not include design responsibility. The tender must be submitted in English by 30 September 2026 at 12:00 UTC. Participation in a site visit in Venice on 16–17 September 2026 is a condition for acceptance. Partial, variant and parallel tenders are not allowed, and each tenderer may submit one tender. The total value of all options may not exceed 15% of the estimated value of the original contract.
