Procurement of premises, accommodation and catering services for courses

Summary

The tender covers full-board accommodation, catering, meeting rooms and activity facilities for courses for adults, young people, children and families held in 2027–2028, with a possible two-year option period. The service must accommodate participants with severe allergies, be accessible and be provided in Finnish. Tenders may cover one or several of the 18 courses, but a separate tender is required for each course; courses 5 and 6 must be offered together. The tender deadline is 21 September 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 40% and quality for 60% of the evaluation; the estimated quantities do not create a purchase obligation for the contracting authority.
