Consultancy to analyse and optimise the functions of LogiRAIL’s middle managers

Summary

LogiRAIL is procuring a four-month consultancy to analyse and standardise the functions and competencies of 150 middle managers: 65 in Logistics and Operations and 85 in Passenger Information, Sales and On-site Assistance across approximately 400 railway stations. The work covers functional mapping, diagnosis of gaps and operational risks, a standardised functions and competencies matrix, organisational and training-path proposals, and an implementation roadmap and change-management plan. Six reports and related editable materials are to be delivered; the contract does not include delivering training or implementing the proposed changes.
