Partial asphalt resurfacing in the Cap d'en Font area
Summary
The Sant Lluís Town Council is procuring partial resurfacing works on Carrer d’Es Caló Blanc and Carrer de Ses Anglades in the Cap d’en Font development. The works cover 2,640 m² and include milling the existing surface (6 cm on Carrer d’Es Caló Blanc and 2 cm on Carrer de Ses Anglades), laying a new hot-mix asphalt wearing course, applying a tack coat and restoring affected road markings. The works form one undivided contract and are scheduled to take three weeks; the total budget including VAT is €174,639.83.
