Installation and refurbishment of climate-control systems in Langreo schools

Summary

The Municipality of Langreo is procuring the refurbishment of heating and climate-control systems at seven schools: CEIP Turiellos, La Llamiella, CEIP Plácido Beltrán, José Bernardo, Gervasio Ramos, Clara Campoamor and Benjamín Mateo. The works include removing or adapting existing boiler-room equipment, installing and commissioning new heating equipment and distribution systems, upgrading electrical and gas installations and controls, and completing the required technical documentation and legalisation. The contract is not divided into lots; its estimated value is €803,057.52 excluding VAT (€971,699.60 including VAT).
