Summary
Moriles Town Council is procuring works to repair rainwater leaks in the roof and building envelope of its Cultural Centre at 11 Calle Sevilla. The single, undivided contract covers removal of damaged roof layers, installation of an EPDM waterproofing system and 50 mm XPS insulation, repair of roof drainage and perimeter details, treatment of metalwork, replacement of a fixed aluminium window, and repair and repainting of damaged interior finishes.
