The Municipality of Arquillos is procuring the renovation and basic fit-out of a 159 m² municipal warehouse in Arquillos, Jaén, for use as a business incubator. The single, indivisible works contract covers accessibility improvements, thermal upgrades, electrical and plumbing installations, interior finishes, joinery and functional partitioning, creating a shared meeting and training room, two business units, accessible toilets and a technical storage space.
