Ion Milling System
Summary
CIC nanoGUNE is procuring one ion beam milling system for precise, controlled material removal and surface processing of thin films and nanostructures. The contract includes supply, delivery, on-site installation, commissioning, verification and training, as well as integration with nanoGUNE’s existing Hiden SIMS endpoint detector. The equipment includes ion milling and thin-film deposition capabilities, vacuum and gas control, substrate handling and magnetron sputtering sources.
